What it does
Match Summaries sit in Match Center alongside the live pitch and event timeline. Play a spoken recap for the phase of the game you care about, pause and resume, and follow along with an on-screen transcript when available.
Four periods
- Pre-match — set the scene before kickoff
- Half Time — the story of the first half
- Full-time — a concise end-of-match wrap
- Detailed Full-time — a longer recap when you want more depth
How it works
Open a match, go to the Summaries panel, and choose a period. Playback shows progress and the active transcript line. Switching tabs stops an active summary so it doesn’t fight the pitch speaker.
Summaries come from the same AI commentator pipeline that calls the match live. A language model writes each wrap from the event data — goals, substitutions, cards, possession, shots, the referee — and neural text-to-speech voices it in your language. Not a generic read-out of the scoreline.
Live commentary and summaries are available in English, French, Spanish and Arabic during a match; full-time summaries for finished matches are generated in all of Goooail’s UI languages.
