Support — FAQ

Is Goooail free?

Yes. Goooail is free and ad-supported. Optional FanCoins can be earned through engagement and rewarded video, and may be used for features such as Gol questions and cloud image filters.

Which platforms?

iOS and Android today. The app also runs in a browser via Expo for development and preview.

What does Gol cost per question?

Gol shows an in-app cost hint: FanCoins per question, with your remaining balance. A free daily message budget applies first; after that, each question costs FanCoins (typically 1 FanCoin per question).

Is the commentary written by a person?

No. The live commentator and the match summaries are generated by Goooail’s AI pipeline — a language model writes from the live event data and a neural voice speaks it. Both sit in their own panels, apart from the official event feed, and the commentator can be switched off in Match Center.

Where do the predictions come from?

The probabilities labelled “Gol” come from Goooail’s own prediction model, trained on historical results; the competition and model version are printed beneath them. The separate “pundit pick” is an AI estimate and is labelled as such.

Which languages does the commentator speak?

Live commentary is available in English, French, Spanish and Arabic. Full-time summaries for finished matches are generated in all of Goooail’s UI languages.

What data does Goooail collect?

We may collect text and images you provide (for Gol, filters, and search), device and usage statistics, and advertising identifiers when ads are shown. We do not sell your personal information. See the full Privacy Policy for details and your rights.

How many languages?

12+ locales, including English (US & GB), Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil & Portugal), and Arabic.
